Customer Service

What you’ll do:
• Greet seafarers at the entrance
• Data entry
• Cashier
• Clean common areas when needed.
• Must be willing to approach and greet the public.
• Workdays, nights, holidays and weekends
• Engage with seafarers while sharing promotions around Old San Juan.
• Required to be fluent in reading, writing, Spanish, and English.
• Sometimes, visit cruise ships to promote the center.

What we need from you:
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Known about teamwork.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize Windows, PDF, Excel, and Word effectively.
• Knowledge about the cash register.
• Problem solver who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
• Able to interact with seafarers and potential concerns courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through training and day-by-day.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Assist in the daily cleaning
